Annual Retainer
We charge on a retainer basis as a percentage of assets under management. Our annual advisory fee shall be prorated and paid quarterly, in arrears, based upon the market value of the assets we have under our management on the last day of the quarter. Our fees are calculated based on a tiered structure with a minimum fee of $10,000
