Fees & Minimums

We charge on a retainer basis, as a percentage of assets under management. Our annual advisory fee shall be prorated and paid quarterly, in arrears, based upon the market value of the assets we have under our management on the last day of the quarter. Our fees are calculated based on a tiered structure, detailed below:

 

Annual Retainer:

 

1% on the first $1,000,000 or a minimum fee of $10,000

 

¾% on assets over $1,000,000

 

½% on assets over $2,000,000

 

Minimum Investable Assets: $1,000,000
